I offer facilitation, training, coaching and consultancy, specialising in Facilitative Leadership, Sociocracy (a form of Collaborative Governance), Open Space Technology, World Cafe, collaborative decision making and other tools for participation, collaboration, engagement, and co-creation. I help teams and organisations get to where they want to get to, without coming to blows, and help people learn to steer their ship together.
