Free graphic: How shared Values contribute to Culture and Performance
This is a graphic I created for a client; I was facilitating a workshop where we were exploring organisational values, how they might inform people’s work on a daily, practical level, and helping them choose the top three for internal use (inducting new staff and staying on track), and external use (funding proposals, demonstrating alignment with partners and stakeholders etc). I was explaining how in my view, Values inform Behaviour which over time builds workplace Culture, which influences Performance, Reputation and Wellbeing – which feeds back into collective Values and so on.
As elsewhere here, provided on a copyleft / Creative Commons licence. Feel free to use, share, remix (ie add your company logo in the centre) but with full attribution and on the same basis. Makes use of Stitches Vectors by Vecteezy template. If you use it, a nod of appreciation for my effort and paying for the web hosting would be well received. I’d love to know how and where you’ve used it. Hope it’s useful.
